Masterpiece allows returns on products within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply request a return using the form below and we will be happy to refund or exchange your item!

Masterpiece strictly prohibits any form of fraudulent activity. To best protect us and customers alike, the refund amount shall be determined upon the condition of the returned item. 

IMPORTANT

• Undamaged product and packaging with no missing parts shall receive a full refund.

• Damaged product or packing will be issued a 25% restocking fee of the purchase value. Damages to product or packaging may include but are not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, major tears or rips, etc.

• Returned items with missing parts will be issued a 50% restocking fee of the purchase value. Missing parts may include but are not limited to cables, pins, keys, clips, harnesses, mounting brackets, etc.

• Returned items with damaged or missing parts that compromise the function of the product will NOT be issued a refund. Examples include: Swapping internal parts, blown motors or circuits, formatted electronics/software

• Returns for defective items or items damaged during shipping must be requested within 24 hours of delivery, along with proper documentation. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

• Buyers are responsible for the safety and security of the packaging of any returned items. Please ensure items are well protected and packaged to avoid restocking fees.

• Masterpiece reserves the right to approve or deny any return requests and refund amounts. Fraudulent activity will not be tolerated.
